PARADISO Mercy Hospital Gala 2008

Theme: Paradise

Colors: Lime green, orange, yellow, fuscia, blue

Décor: Going up the stairs hanging arrangements with blue and orange orchids, monstera leaves and colorful parrots. A male model holding an apple welcomed the guests to “PARADISO”. In the mezzanine mysterious trees projected into a backdrop and in front five round platforms with dancers dressed as trees and butterflies entertained the guests with their soft movements. Cocktail tables and high boys were mixed and combined in lime green and white and for a centerpiece; a rectangular glass vase with cobalt blue pebbles holding a Bird of Paradise. In the ballroom the dinner tables were covered with midnight blue tablecloths to the floor and sorrunded with white chairs with an orange/ fuscia sash. The centerpieces were tall glass cylinders with haleconias, hanging haleconias, orchids and areca leaves. An after hours lounge was created in the Foyer adjacent to the ballroom draped in white organza and uplit with LED lamps in soft shades of blue and green. There were lounge sofas, high boy tables and in the center a large round marble top table with a mirror holding three tall arrangements in glass vases, candles and chocolate desserts. Also there was coffee served and two bars. A cigar roller completed the ambiance.
